gtmess_w [termapp] |
gtmess_w is a shell script that launches gtmess in a terminal window. It is meant to be run in a graphical desktop environment as a shortcut, along with the provided icon. The script supports several terminal clients and provides suggested default settings for them. Supported terminal clients are: urxvt (client and daemon), rxvt, wterm, konsole, gnome-terminal and xterm. It prefers konsole under KDE and gnome-terminal under GNOME. In other environments, it uses the first terminal available in the above order. To force the use of a specific terminal from the above, just put it as the argument termapp. |
